This book deals with the interpretation and analysis of the transformations and changes in Chinese diplomacy, and its new situation through the concept of "China's creative global diplomatic intervention," as the changes that have occurred on the global scene and the changes in China's situation are characterized by a feature that did not exist in any previous historical era. China has become one of the most prominent actors on the global scene. The current relationship between China and the outside world is a stage of transition from simple follow-up and passive adaptation of the state to a change in course towards creative and strong intervention and actual participation. The book explains in detail how China has transformed from a country that watches what is happening in the world to a country that participates in changing world conditions.
