But Mother Nature has always made the rules and she has, because of our neglect, began laying the foundation for a brand-new future, a future that will not be to our liking.

Despite the growth of renewable energy, fossil fuels (CO2) still account for 80 percent of the world's energy usage. People are finally learning that to leave a healthy stable world for future generations we need act now for solutions. Unfortunately, those who deny that climate change doesn't even exist are now back in power and we will lose four years or possibly more in being able to arrive at a solution, four years we don't have. We are experiencing the greatest tragic historical event humanity has ever experienced and many people do not even recognize it.

The author is a retired Structural Engineer born and raised in San Diego CA. but now living in Montana. Writing has become one of his retirement interests along with travel, hunting, fishing and training and competing with his Labrador Retrievers. This is his eight book, published over the last four years. It has been a rewarding challenge. He and his wife Nancy moved to Montana in 1990 seeking a new horizon and quality of life which they found.
