Morgan is the general manager of a large tech company that does outsourced work for WPAFB in Dayton OH. Such a large enterprise employs numerous college students for externships, exposing them to real world learning experience in their chosen field before graduation.

Jayda a black coed at Wright State University is one such student in the externship program at Data-Tech, still a year away from graduation. The twenty-one-year-old loves her assignment but has had several run-ins with Morgan regarding her work. Jayda is beginning to feel she has been singled out by Morgan and thoughts of getting back at Morgan swirl through her brain.

Candice was born in Paris KY on 9 January 1988. Her parents, George Bertrand Christian, an attorney who once aspired to be an actor, and Frances Hollowell insisted that Candice and her sister Simone, be sent to a Catholic school. Candice was deeply religious as a child, at one point thought of becoming a nun.
