Produktbeschreibung
Two Wings of Leadership: Balancing Feminine and Masculine Power in Life and Organizations is a groundbreaking guide to conscious, inclusive leadership for the 21st century.

In a world facing unprecedented complexity, traditional leadership models-centered on dominance, control, and individualism-are no longer enough. This book presents a bold new vision: leadership that integrates both feminine and masculine qualities to drive sustainable transformation in individuals, teams, and organizations.

Authors Mónica Martínez Vargas and Charles R. Howard draw from decades of global experience and real-life examples to offer a practical, human-centered approach rooted in empathy, collaboration, resilience, and strategic clarity.

Whether you're an executive, coach, HR leader, or entrepreneur, Two Wings of Leadership invites you to embrace a more balanced, authentic, and impactful way of leading, from the inside out.

"Imagine a bird poised for flight. Its ability to soar depends on both wings being equally strong, balanced, and fully extended. If one wing is weak or underdeveloped, the bird cannot fly.

Humanity is that bird, and our progress depends on the equal development and integration of both masculine and feminine qualities in our lives and

leadership. This profound metaphor, expressed by 'Abdu'l-Bahá over a century ago, reveals a fundamental truth: 'The world of humanity has two wings: one is women and the other men. Not until both wings are equally developed can the bird fly. Should one wing remain weak, flight is impossible'.

Too often, leadership models have privileged traits aligning with traditional notions of masculinity, assertiveness, control, competitiveness, while sidelining or undervaluing traits culturally associated with femininity such as empathy, collaboration, intuition, and care. This imbalance is not sustainable. Nor is it inevitable.

Two Wings of Leadership shows us how to harness the full spectrum of human capacities to lead with balance, integration, and service, enabling both individuals and organizations to truly soar."
