Every journey through pain and self-discovery is unique, yet there are moments in life that connect us all-moments of heartbreak, betrayal, growth, and resilience. Unbreakable Between Toxic People is born from such moments, a shared exploration of the human heart and its strength.
This work is a collaborative effort between Areeba Asif and Engr. Muhammad Saqib Faraz, two voices united by a desire to shed light on the challenges of love, trust, and self-worth. Areeba brings her sensitivity, poetic insight, and reflections on the emotional turbulence of being young, trusting, and often taken for granted. Saqib complements this with his analytical perspective, personal reflections, and philosophical understanding of human behavior, relationships, and resilience. Together, their combined experiences give this book both heart and depth, blending emotion with thoughtful guidance.
In these pages, we share stories of love that hurt, lessons learned from toxic relationships, and the quiet strength required to reclaim your identity and peace. Every chapter is a reflection of lived experience, personal growth, and practical insight-designed to help readers recognize, understand, and overcome the emotional challenges that life throws their way.
This book is not just a guide; it is a testament to collaboration, mutual understanding, and the belief that even through pain, we can emerge stronger, wiser, and unbreakable.
