Stanley Bennett Clay is an actor, playwright, director, producer, and author. He has appeared onscreen in such films as All the President's Men, Minstrel Man, and I, Robot. He wrote and directed the NAACP Theatre Award-winning play Ritual. In the literary world, he is the author of Looker, In Search of Pretty Young Black Men, Aching for It, Hollywood Flames, and Madame Frankie. He also contributed, with Terrance Dean and James Earl Hardy, to Visible Lives: Three Stories in Tribute to E. Lynn Harris.
