The subtitle of this book, Strategy and Philosophy from the Martial Arts, sums it up, but this is not just
about the martial arts. it's about the principles that promote inner strength and awareness, about
controlling your breathing to remain calm, about developing a strong mind.
Everyone can benefit from these principles. One of my favorite quotes from the book is this:
A warrior does not prevail because of his weapons or armor; he prevails because of his relentless
optimism.
