Liz Bazarova is a Certified Wellness Practitioner, Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, and Yoga Instructor. As a mom of an Autistic Boy, she struggled with parenting and all aspects of her health: physical, mental, and spiritual, until she found her own way of getting better.
