Autorenporträt
Oleta May Lockett Nichols was born in 1922 in the ozarks of Missouri. She married at age twenty and raised a family of four, and still managed to write with a prolific hand. She passed away in 2015, and this book was among her richest legacy.Special acknowlegment and appreciation is due Sharon Warner, the author's daughter. Realizing her mother's dream to see this book in print, Sharon's caring diligence has ensured that Oleta's voice lives on for future generations.
