Why The Holy Spirit Matters Today is a journey, chapter by chapter, into a deeper life with the Spirit; a life marked, not by striving, but by surrender; not by confusion, but by clarity; not by fear, but by fullness. Each chapter is designed to be built upon the last, and the book begins with the Holy Spirit's presence, and continues on, through His power, character, gifts, guidance, and mission.
If you've longed to hear God's voice experience His power, or find purpose in your faith, this book is for you.

Autorenporträt
Ken Cummings has served in ministry for more than thirty-five years, as youth pastor, executive pastor, and senior pastor. Saved at the age of sixteen, his passion has always been to see believers grow in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. A U.S. Army veteran, and former combat medical specialist stationed in Germany, Ken brings both discipline and compassion into his ministry and writing. He and his wife, Sharlon, have been married for thirty-four years and enjoy life with their two daughters, two sons, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren. Ken's heart is to help everyday believers live Spirit-filled lives, empowered to walk in intimacy with God, and carry His presence into the world.
