She also works as a parenting educator specializing in the Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP) program, where she empowers parents with practical tools and strategies to strengthen family relationships and address the challenges of raising children. With a deep commitment to education and therapy, Dr. Williams integrates a variety of theoretical approaches to meet the diverse needs of her clients. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys immersing herself in music, sports, art, and movies, finding inspiration and balance through her personal interests.
