Dawn Kimberly Johnson is a native of West Virginia, where she earned a BA from the Marshall University W. Page Pitt School of Journalism and Mass Communications. She worked as a copy editor at the Charleston Daily Mail for eight years before quitting and driving alone across the country to settle in Oregon. After many adventures out West, she's back in her home state, doing the best she can.
