Leaders must understand that human capital is among the most important and critical element in the execution of an organisation's activities that lead to the achievement of its goals. It is incumbent upon the Human Resource Practitioner in the organsation to ensure that Human Resource Policies, safe and efficient work practices and systems are produced and agreed upon with organisational leaders.
Training and Development of all employees regardless of the occupational position held must be provided for organisation's tasks to be performed efficiently. The behaviour of organisational leaders must all the time be exemplary for their lower level staff to emulate in pursuit of a safe and harmonious environment to flourish.
