Jeffrey, a recovering addict, is an inter-ability individual, clinically diagnosed with Bipolar I, General Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD, who empowers other individuals, families and communities through volunteering, writings, speaking, facilitating Moral Reconation Therapy groups and his non-profit organization, Optimum Wellness Multipurpose Center Inc. (www.optimumwellnessmpctr.com). Currently, Jeffrey resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
