Autorenporträt
Barbara Ehrentreu, MS of Ed, lives in Stamford, Connecticut with her family. Her young adult novel, If I Could Be Like Jennifer Taylor is Book 1 of The Mill Valley High series and it has won the silver award for Reader's Favorite 2025. Book 2 Who Is Jennifer Taylor, is coming out soon. She has written an award-winning screenplay, "The Kiss"and You'll Probably Forget Me: Living With and Without Hal has won the Vinnie Ream Honorable Mention award. She is in numerous international anthologies, including The Guardians of the Quill Volumes II,III and in all issues of The Writing on The Wall magazines She is a Staff Writer for Wildfire Magazine. She has won the coveted Indian Independence Day Honor from Gujarat Sahitya Academy and Motivational Strips for 2020, 2021 and 2022 and the Rabindranath Trigore Memorial Award from SIPAY magazine, Motivational Strips and the Seychelles government for 2022, and third prize in the Malaysian International Poetry Contest with several other international awards for her writing. She is a Regional Director for Motivational Strips. and a member of Greenwich Pen Women Letters, where she has founded a poetry group.
