Autorenporträt
Patricia Rachel Schwartz's career experiences directing and managing in nonprofit organizations led to assisting nonprofit staff and boards in building and leveraging strategic relationships- for funding and leadership sustainability. Her many roles, including executive director, development director, major gifts officer, program director, facilitator and executive, team and major gifts coach have yielded insights, perspectives and practical tools she wants to share with you. She developed her highly effective story-based Relationship Building for Prosperity® model to help her nonprofit clients put the "fun" back in fundraising while strategically engaging key prospects and significantly reducing stress. Ms. Schwartz is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Major Gifts Coach, Team Coach and Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She serves as faculty of The Center for Nonprofit Leadership, California Lutheran University and The College of Executive Coaching, a post-graduate coach training program. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and camping with family and friends. About the Contributing Author Pat Snyder has a 40-year career in fundraising leadership and planned giving. She has provided planned giving consulting for numerous western states' nonprofits.
