The book consists of 20 chapters, and each chapter deals with a specific topic in the lives of husbands and how wives deal with it based on the advice, instructions, and prior orders they were given. The entire book, through its chapters, revolves around the suffering of husbands with their wives, the "similar" problems that every husband on the face of the earth complains of, and the "identical" reactions of all women in similar situations, as if there is one "software" for all wives that governs their actions and reactions, or that There is a secret constitution whose rules all wives in the world follow to the letter. The book highlights the idea of the existence of the first wife on the face of the earth, called "the six women," who formulates her advice for future generations of wives. The advice is specific to dealing with the husband in various situations, shopping, cooking, housework, dieting, lounging, gossip sessions, social media, embarrassing questions, and the various ways of being upset. She follows it with her husband and other advice and instructions that no wife often deviates from, the most important of which is not answering when the husband asks her about what is bothering her, and her unified answer is "nothing." All of these tips were formulated in a secret book and kept in a place that only six women and their assistants know about. But the writer somehow managed to obtain a copy of it and conveyed what was in it to the readers. The text of the book is presented by six women and targets wives, while in the margin the writer speaks in commentary about what is stated in the text, targeting men.
