UFA Cinema verfilmt den Kult-Klassiker von Enid Blyton mit Starbesetzung zum ersten Mal für die große Leinwand. Imposant ist dabei jedoch nicht nur der Filminhalt, sondern auch die extra für den Film geschriebene Musik aus der Feder von Alex Geringas. Gesungen wurden die Tracks von etablierten deutschen Staracts wie Queensberry und Lucy Diakovska (No Angels), von internationalen Künstlern wie The Veronicas, Shiloh und Kate Hall sowie der deutschen Nachwuchs-Band The Black Sheep.
