Produktbeschreibung
Pronunciation Practice offers a clear, practical, and highly accessible approach to improving English pronunciation through targeted sound awareness and meaningful communication. Designed for classroom use, tutoring, or independent study, each photocopiable lesson focuses on one specific English sound and presents it in a variety of word positions, allowing students to notice patterns, compare minimal pairs, and build confidence in producing accurate sounds. This structured introduction to phonemes is followed by a natural, engaging conversation that incorporates the vocabulary from the first part of the lesson, giving students the opportunity to hear the sound in context and practice speaking it in fluent, communicative English. The book balances precision and practicality: students refine their ear for English sounds while participating in conversations that reflect everyday interactions. By linking targeted pronunciation work with real language use, Pronunciation Practice ensures that learners not only understand how a sound works, but also how it contributes to clearer, more confident communication. The free accompanying audio program gives teachers and students flexible access to model pronunciation, listening practice, and natural rhythm and intonation patterns. This makes the book a versatile tool for instructors aiming to strengthen learners' speaking, listening, and overall confidence in English.
