Alice Gregory ist eine hoch angesehene Schlafexpertin und hat an über 100 Publikationen zur Erforschung des Schlafes und verwandter Themen mitgearbeitet. Ihre Arbeit wird oft in den Medien diskutiert, darunter in der BBC, im Wall Street Journal, im Guardian und in der Times. Derzeit ist sie Professorin an der Goldsmiths University of London.
